Donnelly Developments — Built on Craftsmanship, Driven by Care
We exist to protect, restore, and enhance homes and businesses in our community with the same care and attention we would give our own. That’s not a tagline — it’s how every Donnelly Developments crew member shows up to work each day.
As an indigenous-owned company with over 20 years of experience serving Edmonton and surrounding communities, we’ve built a reputation for transparent communication, premium workmanship, and relationships that outlast any single project. We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush quality. And we don’t treat your property like a job number.
From rubber paving for driveways and outdoor spaces to epoxy and polyaspartic systems for garages and commercial floors, our coatings protect, beautify, and outlast the alternatives.
Rubber paving contractors and businesses across Canada source their SBR and EPDM granules through our supply division. Trade pricing, bulk orders, and nationwide delivery.
